Dr James McNeill is a 1978 graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia. He has practiced veterinary medicine in Iowa, Colorado, Illinois, and for over 30 years in St Francois County in southeast Missouri. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association. He is married to Louella McNeill and has two sons, Eric and John. He shares his home with a Persian cat named "Techno".
